NEC's Jordan Hall

Acoustically superb Jordan Hall is the heart and soul of New England Conservatory and is central to the musical life of New England, with performances by the world’s leading soloists and ensembles interspersed with NEC recitals and concerts. The hall has been an obligatory stop on the international concert circuit from Jacques Thibaud and Harold Bauer in 1903 to Gil Shaham and Thomas Quasthoff today.

    Access seats for patrons at Jordan Hall are located in the platform sections in the circle and balcony. While there is an elevator to the balcony, the majority of seats require at least some steps to get to. The platform section is reserved ONLY for people who have access needs.

    Accessible platform seats are available for Jordan Hall concerts. For general admission concerts, please contact a member of the usher staff upon arrival and they will be able to show you to our accessible platform seats. For assigned seated concerts, patrons requiring assistance should contact the NEC Box Office in advance of your visit by emailing box.office@necmusic.edu.
