This restored 1500+ seat theatre – considered Boston Theater District’s “Little Princess” – continues to be the home for many local community arts organizations. The Shubert Theatre also serves as a venue for the touring companies that present Broadway, theater, music, dance, and opera.

    The Shubert Theatre is accessible in the Orchestra, with entrances on the ground level. There are staircases to the Mezzanine and Balcony and stairs down to the men and women's restrooms. Handicapped seating in the theatre is on Orchestra level only, and any floor seat is accessible for patrons who cannot take the stairs. There is no elevator to the Mezzanine or Balcony.
