ArtsBoston is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the arts.

The Woods Hole Film Festival, Inc., which showcases and promotes the work of independent, emerging filmmakers from New England and beyond, holds an annual summer film festival, a winter film series called "Dinner and a Movie," XWhaves, Woho Docushop, a Filmmaker in the Schools program, and other special events throughout the year. The summer festival, which takes place annually during the last week in July and runs into the first week of August, features 8 days of feature films, documentaries, shorts, and animation, as well as master classes and panel discussions led by the year’s Filmmakers-in-Residence, followed by nightly parties held at the water’s edge.
