Winchester Community Music School (WCMS) is committed to its mission of enriching the lives of individuals and the community by providing outstanding and varied music education programs available to all. WCMS nurtures learning and the joy of music in a welcoming and diverse atmosphere. With a faculty of 60 talented teaching artists. WCMS offers private lessons. group classes. ensembles. music therapy. music theory/composition. music appreciation. and workshops from beginning instruction to the pre-professional level. including lessons and classes for adults. Our Dalcroze Eurhythmics and Early Childhood Music Classes serve students as young as 18 months through grade 3. The school serves more than 900 students from 32 different communities each semester and reaches many more community members every year through its Faculty Recital Series and outreach concerts. WCMS is a NON-PROFIT Organization and a member of the National Guild of Community School of the Arts.
