Through the past 12 years, in her Newton Center gallery, Dahlia had nurtured and introduced many textile artists to the metro Boston area. The garments and accessories featured at Dahlia’s are a carefully curated collection of artists using textiles to express their vision. This collection incorporates and embraces a wide range of textile techniques, resulting in varied and unique one-of-kind, or small edition garments, accessories and items for the home.
The gallery hosts demonstrations, workshops, trunk shows, and Meet the Artist events to foster and nurture the growing handmade textile movement.
